Gold Label Cleaners & Restoration Labs is proud to be the only Certified Wedding Gown Specialist™ in Colorado.
Sunny, our professional preservationist and a executive board member for the Association of Wedding Gown Specialist, has the most experienced hands in Colorado. Trust us to give you the award winning care you deserve.
Protecting your gown for its happily ever after requires a skilled & certified preservationist. Gown care involves multiple, detailed-orientated steps with thorough inspections. Gowns are not released until they are guaranteed to be in their best possible condition.
Our wedding gown Preservation Package entails a MuseumCareTM process in addition to specialized organic long-term cleaning.
As a professional preservationist, we survey gowns during consultations before cleaning and all packaging materials, including our heirloom chests are completely acid-free. Brides and families can be rest assured that their garments are in the best and most qualified hands with a 100% guarantee on any embellishments and trims*.
The entire preservation process occurs on-site and gowns never leave our store. Each gown usually undergoes multiple hand-cleanings, wet-cleaning, solvent baths, and additional cleaning techniques that are best suited to each individual gown. After, each dress is then professionally pressed and steamed with meticulous care.
Best practice is to bring your gown in as soon as possible while stains are fresh and not set in. The longer you delay, the less likely all stains can be removed. Often latent invisible stains (like sugars, perspiration, oil, etc) will oxidize and brown. At this point some gowns may need to be restored rather than just cleaned and preserved.
We are members of the Association of Wedding Gown SpecialistsTM, endorsed by the Association of Bridal Consultants, voted and featured in The Knot’s Best of Weddings, rated on WeddingWire, a member of ILEA (International Live Events Association), and a member of the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute, among others.
We warmly look forward to helping you preserve one of the most memorable parts of your wedding day. With donations to Carbonfund.org, we are among the very first in the industry to offer carbon-neutral wedding gown cleaning and wedding gown preservation, and our MuseumCare™ ZeroCarbon™ preservations are truly unique.

Fabric Restoration
is a type of conservation treatment that attempts to bring an aged or damaged textile closer to its original appearance while maintaining its integrity. The process involves examination, treatment, repairs, and preventative care. At Gold Label, Sunny has had extensive years of experience completing a wide range of restorations.Whether pieces are displayed in museums, for historical societies, or are a part of a private collection, we have seen the effects of oxidation and damages due to latent stains, climate, light, pests, etc.Restorations and the timeline to complete each project are greatly dependent on the condition of the textile, its value, age, size, etc.
Examples of common restorations completed at Gold Label:
